Besides the delicious food and produce, the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam is famous for its slow paced lifestyle and relaxed people. So Minh is an anomaly; born and raised in the Mekong – yes; slow paced and relaxed – no. Minh excelled at school and university, becoming a Marketing Exec. at Ajinomoto at age 22 and has never looked back. Over a decade in senior marketing and brand roles in Saigon for companies and brands like Kirin, Dulux and Red Bull. Picking up a Masters in Marketing from the University of Otago along the way and maintaining a deep bond with New Zealand which she has cleverly managed to turn into a job.

A Cantabrian, Saigon has been Toby’s ‘home away from home’ for going on 5 years now. During that time he’s witnessed a truly astounding amount of change and development and remains fascinated by the Vietnamese way of doing things. 14 years in marketing and a keen interest in economics, international relations and trade. Proactive by nature, Toby gets things done.
